The Medium clay bar is used to remove the heavy overspray or heavy raildust. The medium bar will remove contaminents quickly with the aid of miracle mist used as a lubicant. You spray the surface with miracle mist, then rub the clay bar back and forth over the surface contaminent to remove it from the paint surface.
