Details Exclusive Products was founded in 1976. It started as a detailing company in St. Louis, Missouri. The owner of this company is Daniel Crawford. He is a self-made business owner. He is also a vehicle liaison. At the age of 14, he learned proper detailing strategies. Some of the techniques include refinishing painted surfaces by wet sanding, compounding, and glazing. He also worked at a local car wash in St. Louis in 1981. One day the owner asked him to detail his 1974 Jaguar. The owner was very impressed, with the superb job that Daniel performed. Because of the ideal results of his vehicle, the owner had asked him to offer detailing services to customers at the car wash.

During 1993, he started the distribution of a professional line of detail products. He distributed these products throughout St. Louis area, and  Southern Illinois. He proudly served more than 100 automotive dealerships and retail shops. Daniel is known for bringing his customers’ hands-on experience and high-quality products. Some of these products are known as Signature Series and Menzerna products. His product line is also factory made. Continuing his passion for cars and their proper care, Daniel decided to pursue car restoration and modification full time.  This decision resulted in the sale of Details Exclusive Products in early February, 2022 to Tommy Campbell, another car enthusiast.  Tommy is continuing the Details Exclusive Product legacy Daniel started in 1976.  The company will continue carrying the same line of products as before and serve the same customer base with the intent of expanding it’s coverage area.
